The EC has it's powers just as the S.C. NPP seems to be confusing the EC to one of it's competitor political parties. Right thinking people don't know or can't read into what those petitioners are about. I bet the SC will be confused too. Today they want Nana declared president, tomorrow we just want to deepen Ghana's democracy, another day we found many many irregularities.

The whole premise of this election petition is more sinister than first meets the eye.

It indeed seems the NPP is trying to keep this petition at the Supreme Court for as long as possible. the intention is not for Akuffo-Addo to assume the presidency but to disrupt the entire tenure of Mahama's agenda by holding the country to ransom. As long as the petition is running, it provides the pre-text for planned lawlessness.
This is easily achieved buy using groups like Let My Vote Count etc, threats to the security apparatus and even the Supreme Court, intimidation and often outright lawlessness.

This people are despicable in every sense of the word. And remember, I am not even NDC

After disputing the electoral commission's (EC) declaration of John Dramani Mahama as the winner of the 2012 presidential elections, it then took them some three weeks if not more to gather their so-called “hot evidence” and suddenly out of the blue a clarion cry come screaming some ‘inadequate evidence’ from their own docket and “Oopsy Daisy,” more of the same bogus evidence has been unearthed from their hideout @ their “Kukurudian underworld” for which to them necessitate an imminent amendment-writ in precedence of the Supreme Court.
This, my friend, is spurious before all and holding the poor taxpayers of Oman Ghana to an unnecessary ransom for no fault of theirs is a psychological crime they will live to regret such another day, trust me! From their delay to file the petition till the very last day, to their opposition to the composition of judges to their reluctance to produce further and better particulars o their amendment. Its the EC and Nana and his team is what the courts will be dealing with. What is Mahama team, are they supporting EC or Nana who wants the truth to be heard. EC has failed ghanaians by not coming out with numbers of voters as claimed by Nana Akufo and his team.
NDC and Mahama team should be supporting Nana to fight for the truth from EC. If they EC has nothing to hide why not tell us how many people voted abroad and from which countries the votes come from, its not any hardwork that should be taking this long.
NDC and John Mahama did not steal votes, its the EC who rigged the election in favour of John Mahama. JM team should be working with the courts not judging Nana.
EC is the problem not Akufo and NPP.

The case is against a state dept (EC) not NDC or any political party. John Mahama was the caretake president, and as a president should have made sure nothing went wrong.
NPP and the whole of ghanaians has a case, in UK only 30 people bothered to vote. If anybody wants the truth should be asking where are those voters overseas voted from?
Every Ghanaian should be helping the supreme courts not judging for them. JM
lawyers are not in court to defend JM but to see the elections were fair. JM lawyers should be attacking EC for not bring out the figures of the elections. JM himself was rigged by staff of EC and thats what they should be looking at not NPP or any political party. JM lawyers are missing the point. There is a case for EC to answer, not NPP, NDC and nobody else.
EC rigged the election and anybody wants to know how it was done should wait in court. Any stupid cunt can say no case.

Desist from trial in the public arena--it does not help to get to the bottom of Petitioners allegations.

Why are they ( EC) not providing that for the court to compare with the petitioners; rather than you asking for their proofs? Where did you sturdy your Law, and and on what bases would you ask them to provide you with their evidences when you haven't put anything down? Stop bragging and do the right thing cos the whole world is watching how this case would go.NPP isn't doing this for themselves, but for the future so stop fooling around and get what they have asked EC to produce; and at the end of the day, i believe all ghanaians would understand why Rawlings kept saying this NDC is full of greedy bastards.
