JM dont have a case to answer its the EC. Instead of asking EC to provide details of voters and voting overseas, he is asking Nana Addo for evidence. Nobody can defend JM if EC had it wrong. I don’t know the ndc cases you are talking about but if you mean cases which happened under the last ndc government,then you must be exposing your stark ignorance.Tsatsu is a private legal practitioner and a lecturer so all cases under the last ndc parliament were handled by the government legal team at the attorney generals department.Tsatsu is not a government lawyer so he can not represent the government on those cases.This has got to do with the ndc and nothing to do with the government so Tsatsu is acting in his private capacity as private lawyer and the ndc as a party will pay him from their private resources and not the government.I hope you are clear on this if you are not too stupid like your write up suggests.

The P/NDC outrageous and despicable aim was to kill local business owned by the Ashantes to empower their kinsmen economically to take over, but thanks to God they failed.

Tsikata criminal formed a company at the Britain Virginia Island, made his wife the CEO and contracted same with the GNPC as the foreign consulting company with offices in London. If that was not a gargantuan crime against the state, then what is it?
