  All the information OR suggestions here have been KNOWN or in debate for MANY YEARS NOW. WHY is it that NOTHING changes ?? ALL THE USELESS PEOPLE are at Posts,being paid BUT NOTHING REALLY HAPPENS!!! Blackman,with the Education and the PAPER QUALIFICATIONS,why don't we EVER APPLY what we've learnt ???????

  The government must as well forget talking about creating jobs for the youth and, also, creating a better environment for the private sector to triumph, if it will not embark on a greater infrastructural development. The one most important area of development for the country, which can provide more jobs and open up more avenues for the private sector to operate in, is infrastructure; it is a prerequisite to exuberant economy. And every developed country had provided it, first and foremost, leading to its status. There is no point talking about attracting businesses into the country when our infrastructure is inadequate. Equally, there is no point for the government to say it's going to create more jobs when it's not prepared to embark on a major infrastructure.
