  Civility, law and order is what is required in Ghana.
  
  Unless we abolish open market places and stop subjecting our women to these slave trading habits we will never succeed with all of Canada and Europe's wealth.
  
  Income is derived form work, and work does not mean sitting in one spot and selling farm produce or hustling in the middle of a highway selling trinkets. Mr. Arthur, you really need to listen to unorthodox methods of solving our problems. We created a strange mess, so using quantum physics or rocket science to solve our problems won't work.

  2. Poplicy on corruption reduction or avoidance vs Action Plan on correction?
  3. Policy on improving public sector services delivery or Action plan with Taegets, Standards set and process improvement to reduce waste of time, resources, etc on public sector service provision?
  4. Policy on health services or Action Plan on health services delivery
  5. Many more!!!
  Policies are only political promises and talk, what we need from these NDC incompetent government who have been in power for over 4 years but are behaving as if they came to power only 6 weeks ago is to have action plans to deliver service and process improvements in all aspects of Ghanaian socity.
  We expect the leadership who have noserious transitional issues to deal with to HIT THE GROUND RUNNING, but what we are seeing is marching of time for the 4 years to reach to start making noise again of their "unprecedented achievements".

  Ghanaweb contributors here and elsewhere must realise that they are an embarrassment to Ghana, projecting Ghana the way they do on ghweb.
  
  The responses to articles here is a demonstration of an uneducated, unenlightened, ignorant, ill-mannered, and mentally handicapped politically and in the manners of civility. It is a real let down of Ghana's education the way it is presently and we should all, especially our leaders, be ashamed.
  
  They respond to any article on Ghanaweb first of all, with insults, then they go through a rant of racist, tribal, regional abuses and insults including attacks on the person who wrote the article or political leaders who have nothing to do with the article.
  
  In the end they never address the issues under discussion. They also have a tendency to bring God into every discussion and pretend to know the mind of God and what He is going to do or has done their opponents.
  
  Finally, their English is so bad they cannot even express themselves; horrible grammar and construction of sentences. Yet they seem to know more about the law than seasoned, trained legal minds in country.
  
  With this calibre of people taking the centre stage in our political and economic life in Ghana we are most to be pitied.

  unbelievable , more tricks and impressive hogwash for the illiterate fools to think something serious is going on . so you ndc what did you do for 20 years with jj and also the last 4 years? you just confirmed we are so far away from actual implementation as the next stage would be macro economic calculations , master-plan , budgeting and financing executing documentation , tendering and maybe execution , basically you are saying you have no plans of your own ready and that you need another 10 to 15 years to maybe even do something , but i expect you to come up with another supercomprehensive policy in another 4 years . if you were to stop sodomizing and giving your ass to whomever eg the bisexual womanizing mahama maybe you would see to do something now .you have nothing ready after 4 years so it will be a major blessing when the supreme court removes your sorry incompetent ass from there. long live the Republic of Akan
