Ghana is blessed with lot of natural resources but until we educate and develope ourselves to manage these resources we shall be slaves to foreigners in our own country and in the long run as these resouces depletes we shall remain in poverty .Countries like Japan,South korea and many more have no natural resource like Ghana but because they have well educated human resource they have good economies and therefore can survive any economic storm.Ghana must be lucky to have english as the national language yet about 5percent do speak english the majority prefer to speak twi,we live in a country where about 450 liecensed FM station broadcast in twi only ,crack jokes ,play music all day without educating and informing of the good things to do to improve life or to explain government policies.ls long time ghanaians change their mind set and move towards development of human resource to manage the country's resoures and also to compete with the world.

It is our own fault that we have not prioritized education. After the UK left our school system fell apart. As the most valuable resource in any nation is its population, how could we just sit down and sleep waiting for aid.

Sanitation,water etc....it is STILL the OPEN GUTTERS! Till today our Road and Civil Engineers from KNUST have NOT come out with a SOLUTION.
