  Some states in usa send portable lab equipment to test both quality and amount of fuel dispensed..Some pumps are out of calibrate and show 1 amount put don't supply the same litre..So they have 5 or 10 litre container, fill t ...

  Some states in usa send portable lab equipment to test both quality and amount of fuel dispensed..Some pumps are out of calibrate and show 1 amount put don't supply the same litre..So they have 5 or 10 litre container, fill to mark on container then the pump better show that amount of you (sometimes the station gets shortchanged)
