  GWCL do not throw dust into our eyes the vandalisation is done with your officials to steal water to sell to tankers you know it as the illegal connectors boast of your knowledge because the money from it is shared with your people and you and the law enforcement officers. Several complaints to your office and the law enforcement officers are not heeded. Do not pretend it is rather the judiciary Please spare us we know who are the beneficiaries

  When such difficulties are put in the way of GWCL can we turn around to blame them for 'inefficiency'? There is need for some discipline in the way we do things in this country. In this effort everyone, including the courts, should be seen to be cooperating.

  How can these officials continue to show their inefficiency and corrupt behavior before the whole world? You are attributing encroachment on your property to your problems. Where were you when the people were encroaching on your lands?
  
  It is you the officials - past and present - who sold the lands to these people, turn blind eyes to their periods of developments. Now you have awoken from your slumber to do injustice to them.
  
  The court is right in stopping you from demolishing these structures. Go after those who sold the lands to them in the first case.
