If there should be a re-run, then it should be a continuation of the general elections and not a new one. So how can the NDC be allowed to change a candidate? It is like your athlete qualifies for the final of say 100m men. Then just before the race you decide to replace him. This is not possible. You can only change an athlete in your relay squad and not in individual events. So is it with a re-run, except the writer knows something about the constitution we do not know of.

John Mahama, already an embarrassing caricature trying very hard pretending to be an elected president, is a disgrace and a blot on the sensibilities of decent Ghanaians.

However, with God on the side of well-meaning Ghanaians, the NDC may never get the luxury of a re-run. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-addo won the election ONE TOUCH with a clear 50 plus per cent. He is our legitimate president and he should be sworn in as Ghana's real president.
As for John Mahama & Afari Gyan, they should be tried for TREASON and executed. That's the only way our political leaders and people trusted with a sensitive & very important national assignment as organisation of elections will learn to be UPRIGHT & bring INTERGRITY to whatever they do.
Ghana could have been plunged into chaos and civil strive and anarchy because of this flawed, rigged and fraudulent elections.
NDC are so used to impunity and the earlier people were made to pay the ultimate punishment for such serious offence the better it will be for Ghana.

More people voted for NPP than NDC in areas with thick population and that is what NDC would accept.
Its time we change the electoral Law, the political party chose their president not the nation. In UK nobody votes for prime ministers, the political parties do. JM dont understand why he has more people in paliament yet he cant be the president, that is because its number of people who voted not the area. More people voted in Kumasi than the whole of upper-east region, but you got more MPs in upper east region than kumasi. Its number of voters who elects the President not number of MPs he or she has got.

John Mahama, already an embarrassing caricature trying very hard pretending to be an elected president, is a disgrace and a blot on the sensibilities of decent Ghanaians.

However, with God on the side of well-meaning Ghanaians, the NDC may never get the luxury of a re-run. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-addo won the election ONE TOUCH with a clear 50 plus per cent. He is our legitimate president and he should be sworn in as Ghana's real president.
As for John Mahama & Afari Gyan, they should be tried for TREASON and executed. That's the only way our political leaders and people trusted with a sensitive & very important national assignment as organisation of elections will learn to be UPRIGHT & bring INTERGRITY to whatever they do.
Ghana could have been plunged into chaos and civil strive and anarchy because of this flawed, rigged and fraudulent elections.
NDC are so used to impunity and the earlier people were made to pay the ultimate punishment for such serious offence the better it will be for Ghana. Nonentities like
Asiedu Nketia, Yaw Boateng Gyan, Okudzeto Ablakwa and several of them will not be striding our TV screens and insulting & rubbibg salt in our wounds like Ghana belongs to them.
