kuffour should have been impeached while in office for misappropriation of the countrys money or probed after he left office. Then all of these atrocities would have been exposed and dealt with.He thinks he has gotten away with it. That is why that Akuffo Addo is also fighting so hard to get some of the power at all costs.The NPP has a lot of explaining to do . A chosen leader must be for all citizens whether you have the necessary documents to live in a country or not , your leader must be your advocate. If he cannot do that for his people then there is no need for him to be in office.

This is not so much of a weakness that lies at the foot of one political presidential administration, but in Ghana's shameful political culture of essentially abandoning Ghanaians that live and work abroad. The current administration is also at fault for not providing sufficient help to scholarship students abroad, and also for it's slow-footedness to help Ghanaians that were racially targeted after the Qaddafi's downfall in Libya.
