  We live in a world where most ppl trust whatever imperial story is spun without making any effort at hearing a competing narrative. The simple truth is that the empire demands this act of obedience. Ghana, like every other African country, doesn't have the independence to exert its own foreign policy on certain issues. This is why imperial henchmen like Campoare, Ouattara & Kagame get tolerated.

  Where are our socalled human rights activists. Article 14 of the U.N. Declaration on human rights state: (1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution,
  (2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecution genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
  The freedom to associate, gather and demonstrate is not a crime in the United Nations. The principles on which the organization was set up must be adhered to by all. We all witnessed in recent years when rebels from some countries were supported by the United Nations itself. You can commit crime against humanity if you are in a political party belonging to rebels, but the same does not apply if you are party in government. Political parties forming governments also have the right to gather and demonstrate, and if rebels have the right to self defense, by taking arms, then any political party deserve that right.

  Assad has killed over 60000 (sixty thousand) Syrians and the last time I found out, he was still the president of that country.

  The UN rightly did accused the two sides in the unfortunate Ivorian political conflict for committing horrendous human rights abuses which unbelievably saw France, a foreign nation militarily backing one side to defeat the other for which reasons no one can tell.
  
  Why should Ghana get ourselves in such a despicable political wranglings that will for sure come to haunt us back some day?
  
  Is the northern led Mahama government in Ghana fighting the fight of a northern led Ouatara government of Ivory Coast right here in Ghana?
  
  What is the Ghana government assurances that those being extradited will not be tortured and their human rights abused by the already accused abuser of human rights in Ivory Coast.
  
  How much is the Ivorian government dubiously promising our criminally government to do the dirty work for them?
  
  The blood of those extradited will be rightly be on the hands of our security agents and their Commander-In Chief who stands accused for such outrageous extraditing which destroys the long standing cordial brotherhood between Ghana and Ivory Coast.
