The geographical location of the Flagstaff House with respect to the City of Accra is no different from the geographical location of the Whitehouse with respect to the Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC of USA.
Furthermore, the geographical location of the Flagstaff House with respect to the City of Accra is no different from the geographical location of No. 10 Downing Street with respect to the City of London in the United Kingdom.

Why has the NDC been moaning and groaning about the location of the building all this time? Just because the building was put up by the Government of a political party they despise.

I guess the NDC would prefer to have the building located at Sefwi Awaso or perhaps Krobo Odumasi or maybe at Elubo. This way, there will be ample security for the President.
