If you need to pay another individual to help you get a visa, chances are that you do not qualify to get a visa in the first place. If you do qualify, it is an easy process and all you have to do is visit the embassy website to learn of the particulars. I would rather like to see the Ghana authorities spend their time tracking down the Ghanaian fraudsters instead.
