There's too much TALK......implement ideas !!!!!!!!!! Blackman WAKE UP!! Of course we HARDLY PRODUCE ANYTHING WITH ADDED VALUE........buying from China to sell in Ngeria is NO intra-African Trade!!!!

  "Promote intra-African trade" with what? There are only one or two countries in Africa that have a developed manufacturing sector, and manufactured goods are African countries' most important imports. Few
  regularly produce surplus agricultural goods, so food can't be traded, either. The transportation and electric system within African countries is often inadequate, let alone between countries which were once separately-administered colonies.
  
  The African economy exists only to transport metals extracted from the interior to the country outwards, and to grow tropical plantation crops like bananas or cocoa. Anything beyond that will require a fundamental transformation of Africa that is not in the economic interest of either the West or China to implement.

  I have been asking for sometime now why hasn't the (non-corrupt) officials in Ghana moved on Moneygram and Western Union to provide services where one can receive and send money? Something so simple creates trade between African countries via the locals.
  Why is PayPal in about 33 African countries but it does not provide full-services to its local users in those countries?
  I here in the US can then introduce Africans in Africa to businesses in the US online that payout weekly via PayPal only!
  Do you hear me Ms Ndhlovu? Please speak to Ghanaian officials in such regard?

Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah said it a long time ago that we should seek first the political unity of the continent and all other things will be ours for the taking. South Africa is afraid of African Unity and are fronting for the businesses of their neo-colonialists Apartheid masters who still control their businessess and economy. Everybody knows that they are only frontmen and women who have enabled these foreign capitalist big businesses to avoid sanctions and penetrate African countries for the interests of big businessess instead of the suffering Africans.
