Know that in that part of the country it is a curse to shit on top of another person's shit, hence the need for open defecation. Your shit is not suppose to come into contact with another person's shits...water closer and, manhole, kvip, open bucket toilet facilities are "collective" shit facilities and there the people of Ho will reject them regardless. Just give spades, mattock,so that they can make small deep trenches before they squatt to ease themselves. Free Human manure will enrich the land to promote cassave production which is the main stay of the people.
