  Pastor Duncan Williams is a big liar.This pastor came to USA and liar to Bishop T.D Jakes that when he accepted Jesus Chirst as his personal saviour,Ghanaians cut off his finger.He said this in the year 2000 while four Ghanaians were watching TV. He was wearing Ghanaian clothes when he came here so ghanaians should be careful with this pastor.
