If Mornah thinks that nullifying such portion will help President Mahamah to win the case b4 the Supreme Court, then he should stop wasting time on it bcos even if such portions are nullified,then it will naturally make sense that the declaration of the winner of the 2012 presidential election should subsequently be nullified since the basis for winning will also contavene the 1992 constitution.
