Why is that so that in other countries such people will be put in prison and the responsible institution will be incharge of it by sacking the directors before a civil case will begin. In Ghana no arrest, just a transfer and at the end no institution charges them, so the go scot free.

It is only large demonstration against these leaders including the judiciaries will change Ghana. The police, the judiciary, BNI, Army, Costum, etc. are so corrupt and working tight with the NDC government together.
NDC has ruled GHANA ever since, but till date no improvement. Still the stealling is ongoing and those who can say something fears their life and keep their mouth tight lipped.

NDC is our curse, but due to tribalism, they will still vote for them. If does not help, NDC will steal the votes again.
