An African president winning the Mo Ibrahim award; not in a million years. African Union is a club of corrupt leaders. They meet and pat each others shoulder for not acomplishing substantial feat for their countries but having done well in looting from them. In Ghana the politicians vie for position with one motive. For the winning party will say it is our turn to loot the covers of the nation. They have unduely taken advantage of the good and peaceful natur of Ghanaians. We may bark but will not bite. Another thing, there is a culture of blind loyalty which means that if I support the party in power I will not give the opposition party and its members amunition by critising my party. These leaders have no vision. The issue of legacy does not register with
them. They should tell you what they expect Ghana to look like at the end of their term.
