Without asking what the person has stolen they would jump on the victim and start beating him till death lays its icy hands on the person without any of those doling out the severest punishment knowing nothing about the crime. i was an eye witness to such brutal epidose at Kotobabi when I was a little boy of about 12. Again acousin of mine who was a electrical contractor was robbed of his money and beaten to death by those crooks who used to parade around Nkrumah Circle with the "me koti ayra' tricks in the 90s.
