  om remand for 8 months for smoking "wee" and 18 months imprisonment for pleading guilty to the charge. yet, the armed robbers caught in the act got bailed. GHANA JUSTICE for you!!

  Money is more acceptable to most judges so there's nothing 'fishy' about this one refusing.

  These guys probably need rehab and a community service with a severe warning and supervision like reporting to a corrections officer every 2 weeks to see how they are progressing and not such long and wicked sentences from a colonial constitution that serves as no deterrence and or reform therefore helps the country in no way. 8 months and another 12 to serve meanwhile ministers, judiciary and people in government sell and use drugs, take bribes and get released early from prison sentences but the poor get their sentences increased and put in in prison for trying to commit suicide. What a Nation of educated crooks taking delight in punishing the illiterates and semi-illiterates without educating them.

This poor fisherman, a small scale dealer, has tto stay bhind bars for 8 months without bail, a police woman is been bailed after fraud, a arm robber also has a bail. I will say,this is a bogus judge banzer,he has to study criminal psychology to enable him to do his job well. this fisherman pusher needs treatment. he is deluded,he needs social assistance.
