AMA should not only demolish such nuisance and dangerous built facilities but must ensure that the Assembly did not bear the cost. The faulting developers must bear them.God bless us all to be law abiding.

Let us not forget the moslems who also wake us up with their dawn call to prayer. Not everybody is ready to pray at that time. They should know how to use alarm clocks.They can also work with some radio stations that can wake them up with their radio stations. This will help us the non
church/mosque going but religious people can have a little sleep and be able to pray to our God in the inner part of our chambers as the Bible mandates.

Whether you like it or not, the AMA is waging war agaist Accra Christians and for that matter God. The consequences would be felt on all those involve and their suppoters like you Nii Nortey. It is not going to be the AMA perse that would be affected but personal lives of those who have taken it upon themselves to fight God.

If you don't believe in God you need not to be worried about what I am saying. If you do believe in him then better ask for forgiveness now. Otherwise, you would not know what will hit you, it will be massive!

I will not like to have my house next to an unnecessary noise-making church. Some of them use PA systems late into the night even when their audience is so small and easily within earshot. God deserves our praise and worship and worship and praise him we must. All we need is to apply some common sense in order not to negatively affect our immediate neighbours.

In the cities and towns of Ghana, and Africa in general, it is common to see a plush storey residential building with stores on the ground level, a low-class bungallow, a shanty house, an apotostolic church, a mosque, and kiosks htrown together with a dig smelly gutter around them.

Stringent laws and and actions such as the type the AMA is taking is absolutely necessary.

But the very first sentence of your article says that, indeed, all buildings without permits are the targets of AMA's demolition policy, and that churches are only one example of such buildings.

This type of literary offence is called "prevarication" which means: telling the truth, but not all of the truth for the purpose of deceiving or misleading.

A more objective heading should have been something like: "AMA continues Demolishing Buildings Without Permits."

And since you went as far as naming "churches" as an example, you should have named, at least, one other example before the "etc."

Ghanaians be smart and see through the actions of government and the AMA. How can your church building be demolished simply because youre making noise.
