  even in usa you only pay 2 months rent in advance. But is you sign a lease and don't pay or sneak out in night or weekend..Then the landlord can take you to court to get rest of lease money

  This is a broad daylight robbery of Ghanians. Some of us cherished democracy but given the 'animal farm' way of behaviour by MPs today, I don't think we have efficient democracy. Some of them collect all these amount of monies and even boycott Parliament. Do nothing and yet get paid. Oh Ghana!!!

  As a landlord in Ghana. I only ask for 6 months advance, as per the laws of rent control. if they want to give more...well, I accept it.
