I am aware that President Mahama is under pressure from those lawless and diabolical Anlos in the NDC who have been backing that impostor, serial "impregnator" of women and abandoning them and convict Patrick Agboba, but to accept to appoint him as a member of the Council of State is a gross display of lack of judgement and the height of folly! The man is presently before an Accra Fast Track charged for another contempt of court, a case in which there is no doubt he'd be found guilty, having been found on same charge before and fined. If there is any justice in Ghana, he MUST go to prison this time around! And that's the only person President Mahama can find in the VR to appoint as a rep. for the region? Even retaining Awoonor, also on the charge list would have been better!

Well, Mahama has put himself on the cross-fire so far as some of us are concerned. He should brace himself for the fire that shall engulf him!

And is that David Kanga the same as the one at the EC? Appointing him wouldn't be a sound decision at all!!

So even though Mahama is family by marriage and used to attend the Tamakloe meetings with Ibrahim in the past and I've 100s of Gonja blood relations by virtue of the 32 Gonja wives of my great grandfather (hmm, it is quite another story), I won't sit down for him to insensitively and foolishly take decisions which fly in the face of reason and are slaps on our faces, as this one! He knew damn well about the ongoing court cases surrounding Agboba because of his illegal actions. He should not have succumbed to the pressure of those unprincipled and lawless Ewes, esp. the Anlos among them who have been backing him, to appoint Agboba. The fact that he is a much younger man (I'm older than him too) doesn't mean that he shld continue listening to them and agree to everything they say, as he is President now. The buck rests with him! Period!

The man is an irresponsible fool anyway. We are ashamed to mention in public his actions. People who knew him at Ho laughed at us to our faces when they heard that he was putting himself fwd as Awoamefia candidate, narrating their own stories of incidences about him. If he were indeed a blood relation, we can put a heavy face on it, but we refuse to take the shit for an impostor like Agboba! What kind of advice can Mahama get from an old fool like Agboba, when that old goat had to be advised to provide for the litter of children he had at every station he was posted to, often without much success? As for his abandoned father, he died from destitution a long time ago, and our parents went to carry him from Tofa's house, where he was given refuge, to bury! None of the persons supporting Agboba now were at the funeral and did not contribute a pesewa to bury the father, so how and when did they get to know about Agboba's genealogy as a descendant of Torgbui Sri I?

Let civility guide you at least once when you are writing about the Awoamefia even if you do not recognize him,by the way all Anlos except about a dozen of you recognized him and as in every civilized society you cannot have everybody to like you so you need to get it that he is the Awoamefia and I can assure you that he is not going top jail as you want unless you become the Judge.
