What this man is saying is correct. NPP is not challenging the election results themselves. The constitution only allows individual citizens to do so. The Supreme court allowed the NDC to join the case as a respondent of interest, which is legal, but not as a petitioner. So it is correct that the NPP as a party has no case in the Supreme court. Whether this man believes in the substance of the petition by the three NPP members is a different issue.

Dictatorship is gradually brewing in NPP in the wake of the Election petition. Now a dictator is emerging with absolute powers to force decisions down the throats of unwilling MPs, who are now seeing their rights of reprsenting their constituents being eroded each passing day.By the time this case is settled, God forbid that it goes against the NPP, the party would be battered beyound recognition. The centre would no longer hold, and the NPP MPswould have lost all respect among their colleagues in Parliament and among well meaning Ghanaians. Why should promising Legislative careers of many be allowed to suffer such peril by such a few?
