If this case happened in the US,this judge would have been investigated by the FBI for his penchant to give away money to litigants. He should have asked Woyome and Attorney General for a copy of the contract the Government breached. Even a child would have seen the fraud in the whole transaction. But I do not have any hopes for Ghana when it comes to the truth. It does not exist in Ghana.

It is surprising how the state is suddenly getting attorneys who will fight tooth and nail to revert this judgement when there has been none available to present themselves in court in the Rep.of Ghana vs Alfred Agbesi Woyome's case. Surely many of them could have dirt on their hands- guilty of complicity so none will avail themselves. May God punish all of them (though he doesn't as we human will wish Him to)if this colossal amount is not retrieved from Woyome. May Woyome himself too not know peace though God could forgive him upon repentance and restitution.

All you need to do is have the Ghanaian side breach the contract intentionally. Invite the foreign company to come and sue you and get a percentage of the proceeds afterwards and you get away with no jail time because the theft was carefully concealed.

When are we going to wake up.
