If, indeed, The A-G's firm represented the interests of any of the parties against whom Government is laying claims, the first question to consider is whether or not a FULL DISCLOSURE of the representation and the nature of it was made at the time the A-G was vetted. The next question to consider would be whether or not the nature of the disclosure was as such that the A-G was not ETHICALLY bound to speak to issues bordering on PRIVILEGED Information.
The A-G could NOT violate a Client's CONFIDENTIALITY and get away with it. It is a clear violation of the ETHICS of the Profession.
The A-G could not also be seen to be prosecuting a client she represented in the past. To what extent will she use Privileged Information she learned during the representation? Will she disregard any such information that discredits the client? And if so, will she be serving the BEST INTEREST of the Govt and the Ghanaian people?
Even if the A-G is able to RISE above herself and proceed to successfully prosecute this matter, she will NEVER overcome the ETHICAL HURDLES that I see here.
The fact that the client liquidated in Ghana is not comforting to the ETHICS of the Legal Profession that confront the A-G. Especially so when the Supreme Court has admonished the A-G's Department "To Make Sure Austro-Invest Do Not Go Unpunished".
I think the A-G Must RESIGN.

What bothers me most is this thing about black people and Ghanaian politicians. They seem to only mature after 50 or 60 years of age, or when they find themselves in opposition or in some minority status.
I don't think the AG should resign on the word of any NPP opinion, because Ghanaians and all their politicians are hypocrites, and would have gone to all lengths to defend this same scenario if they were in power. Just wait till we have a neutral and well disciplined Leadership. Like me as President, but between the NPP and the NDC, I say let them continue having anal sex, and keep pissing on us the people. A federal judge on Monday ordered the U.S. Justice Department to produce a statement explaining the potential conflict of interest that prompted it to recuse the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas from a public-corruption case.
It is not clear, however, whether the explanation will be available to the public.
U.S. District Judge Frank Montalvo issued the order after Justice Department officials asked him to reconsider an earlier order to turn over documents about their conflict-of-interest decisions in cases against former County Judge Dolores Briones, Ruben "Sonny" Garcia and Cirilo "Chilo" Madrid. The Justice Department claimed executive privilege in asking that it be able to keep the documents secret.
Briones pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to her role in a scheme in which she allegedly took bribes from Garcia and Madrid to support a contract between Garcia's company, LKG Enterprises Inc., and a county-run agency, the Border Children's Mental Health Collaborative. LKG received $550,000, but did not provide required services to the agency, which is meant to help children with severe mental illnesses.
Garcia, LKG and Madrid were indicted in a separate proceeding on Dec. 14. Garcia and LKG pleaded guilty this summer, and Madrid faces trial on Dec. 3.
The Justice Department initially recused all prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas from handling any of the cases, saying they had potential conflicts of interest.

I have warned and i will keep warning the ndc that the npp is playing them up to a corner to ensure a psychological manipulation of the party.Their stubbornness and a complete disregard to law and order and their indiscipline and disrespectful attitude had put some fear in the ndc and have allowed themselves to be pushed nervously around like toys.After demonizing the effective ndc communication team and crippling their wings the field is now open for npp to project their message clandestinely and advance their propaganda machinery against the ndc.If this is allowed to continue, it will be difficult for the ndc to recover.The communication team of the ndc must not lie down as if nothing is happening.The npp strategy is to make them nervous with criticism of their performance and then occupy the space to cause havoc.
