  I third the notion if they don't get the business they want they'll send in the military, racism and colonialism, is still in the mind of these top of the range killers. Just like they did to northern Nigeria in the 19th century. The Caliphat their didn't want to do business with the British white man guess what? They sent in the military. They are now looking to make money out of keeping Black men in prison a DNA database which is 70% innocent Black men,many die in Police custody. Their are other partners Ghana can work with why not try Venezuala, Brazil, Iran, China or India Ghana doesn't need to put up with these racists.

  Europe has NO RESOURCES, but Africa has abundance, so Europeans have had a SHREWD plan to get them for almost free. Do I blame them? No, Africa should also have a plan to protect her resources or at least get a MAXIMUM returns on it. Europeans cannot forgo their own interest by "protecting" Africa's own. The question then becomes; do we have what it takes to secure our INTEREST, or what is commonly known as leadership?
  
  In reality, UK business are not "scout[ing] out Ghana for business", but for exploitation. Europeans are now queing for FOOD so any smart person will be alert when they knock at your door to talk "business".
  
  Africa, for ONCE attempt to be INDEPENDENT, and stop the thinking that "development" will come from the "outside". Our slogan should be "development starts from our re-thinking"
