The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. He is just following the same old leadership approach of his predecessors - lavish entourage to visit project sites for no reason and no consequence, unnecessary sod-cuting by the president (which could be delegated), no controls in place to monitor progress of these contractors except the president wasting precious time to visit these sites without an result.
Ghana has a serious leadership issues, the is why the country is not moving forward and always grappling with SAME ISSUES - electricity, water, health, corruption, etc.

In addition, there should be a law that whenever there is a power outage, top managers of these plants should not be paid for the entire period that Ghanaians go without electricity or power. The focus should be on the top management. We should stop paying them whenever the electricity goes out.
