A capital city in a country in a 21C world with that level of filth and infrastructure absence and decadence does not deserve such a Mall.

On occasions in our life hopes are raised high as the result of promises that have been given, only to see the hopes fizzle out because the promises do not come to fruition. Examples are many, but that is not the matter now. It is the ardent hope of every Ghanaian the promise of building a West Hills Mall in Accra west will be a reality. Its economic and social knock-on effect is priceless. So we look forward to seeing it is built as promised.

sorry Max, but acres is whats being used when dealing with large size of land as in dis. ou only get the feets in the residential measurements when they tell u 80'x100'

I think they can manage to buy electric generator plant,with sufficient power, enough for the recint and for the close vecinities around, for their own bussiness when the national power is "off".They could even add to every customer and onlookers, within the perimeteres 10-15pesewas each as TAX/FEES to buy fuel for the generators, when the national one is "off" while they are using their own.The site is very close to WEIJA lake and River Densu course to the sea (ATLANTIC OCEAN,BORTIANO BEACH) where, with the agreement with the Ghana water company, can have their own PUMP to satisfied the needs that may arise due to POSSIBLE ENERGY PROBLEMS.
