That is why even if they get hurt, refrees allow them to be treated on the field unless it is a serious injury. Teams can only substitute for three players. That is why keepers have that leverage.

I will not be surprise if he break the match and home home to kiss his wife and come back to the field,.... because no punishment will be there for him.
