I was wondering for how long before something is was done about these issues.
I have a frequent flyer on business class but the issues have remained over the years.
There flight attendants do have a bad attitude and hardly provide any good services.
There food and drinks are the same old same over there years.
There aircrafts always on mantenance and the flat bed promised is no longer in service.
There local contact agents and the Delta staff are very rude and stuckup.

Thank God, this situation has been ongoing for far too long.The services onboard those flights from Accra to the United States are so appalling. Delta is the only Airline serving wine to passengers in cardboard containers, so cheap a wine that your first taste of it sends some itching signals through your jaws.Some of the Flight attendants are so rude to the passengers. The food on the New York Accra flights are so distasteful, that even one would sometimes wouldn't have the urge to give to his dog.As for the delays and cancellations don't even go there because in the minds of the airline they are doing the passengers a favour, not to mention the very high fares and it's attedant luggage fees. To simple put the rating of the Delta airline in a plain language, It's the most useless airline. They don't respect the passengers to Accra. I flew Delta recently from Paris to Boston and to my surprise they served wine in bottles to the passengers, and I asked my self, am I dreaming. One of the biggest mistake KLM has done, is the cosharing with Delta.KLM has a high rating approval by their services, and therefore there is the need for them to ask of Delta to maintain that standard they have build over the years to the admiration of every passenger on their flights.I urge the GCAA to also live to their expectation by paying attention to the complaints of the travelling passengers, since poor services, old aircrafts situation has been ongoing for years. but for the Liberian President's bold steps, this window dressing attempts by the Ghanaian officials wouldn't have been heard. We are still watching to see if this would bring any change.

I writ this note holed up in a hotel in Monrovia because Delta's flight from Accra failed to arrive.My flight to Liberia was delayed for two hours causing me to miss an important business meeting on friday.My rerun flight on sunday has been cancelled causing me missing another meeting on sunday. I am very sure GCAA 's position has been luke warm because someone's palm is being constantly greased. No regulatory body in America or Europe will sit down for so long and failed to act. Delta must be sanctioned and made to pay compensation to passengers relative to the inconvenience caused. It should be at a level that will bit into the profits they are making from Africa to shore up their profits.

Delta Airlines has insulting and cheating Ghanaians with shoddy service and fault-prone airplanes and charging exorbitantly high fares. That airline nearly went bankrupt and this route helped to dig delta airlines out.
