Something is better than nothing, at least the government is trying to do something positive. However, I have to agree with brother MANTSE because he has presented a more viable solution.
Eeii Ghana, the youth who are more reckless on the roads are now being trained to be cab drivers.

SINCE WHEN DID THE GOV'T OF GHANA BECOME A TAXI OPERATOR? MAYBE IT IS ONE OF THOSE NDC PLOYS OF GIVING AWAY MONEY FOR THE 'FOOL SOLDIERS'
are they going to pay for insurance to replace a destroyed taxi, or pay family of other cars or people they hit? What about fuel? Petro is shortage and record prices even in usa
