Looking at the picture of the theatre, and thus the conditions under which these surgeons prerformed the operation the operation, they are to be congratulated profusely.

I can't quite make out from the picture whether that square patch on the wall is an AIR CONDITIONER or a plywood board.

It seems there are some rusty ironworks in the theatre; the paintwork, the floor, etc.

Look at the electric cable connected to the wall. Any of the surgeons could easily trip on it with untold cosequencies.

Have we got our priorities right?

The barkeeper, feeling slightly awkward, tries to make polite conversation while pouring the beers. 'Been on holiday yet, lads?'
'Off to Ghana next month,' says John. 'We go to Ghana every year and hire a car and drive for miles, don't we, Jim?'
Jim agrees.
'Ah, Ghana!' says the barkeeper. 'Wonderful country... the history, the beer, the culture...'
