Ghanaians surely have not forgotten how prime government lands both in Accra and Kumasi were misappropriated. Listen to them complain daily about hardship they face since they lost power as if they made Ghana a heaven before being booted out.

Some of the benefits kufuor´s declaration of HIPC were the debt forgiveness which should have translated into tangible and massive infrastructural developments. Instead, by the time they were leaving they had to sell off Ghana Telecom in order to be able to pay workers salaries after they had again borrowed nearly one billion dollars also to pay salaries. These are the people who are even trying to come back to power through the "back door".

"The mass bribery of the Ghanaian Electorate by John Mahama-led NDC Government in the 2012 Election must never be left unquestioned. This must be added to the NPP Election Petition: for it is unlawful, a drain on Ghana’s resources and a cause of the current Budget Deficit of many Billions. WOW! It was obscene, disgraceful and so corrupt…worse than Gyinabu and kalabule...

John Mahama has no respect in Ghana politics. Most of the local people see him as worse than KUTU Acheampong, due to the following facts:

- He bribed the Electoral Commissioner and his staff who worked closely with NDC electoral machinery in all areas of the electoral process: The creation of new constituencies; the revision of voters registrar; the transfer of votes; the Ghost names inserted as foreign Nationals or the GROPAA when there is no ROPAL; the reports of malpractices as revealed in the Election petition…

- The Campaign posters and billboards of John Mahama found in every hamlet, village and towns of Ghana would cost Billions of cedis…Even Obama cannot match this gratuitous display of buffoonery…

- The distribution of 1 MILLION Motor Bikes imported into Ghana from China on 15th November 2012 by the notorious NDC corrupt government. The Motor bikes are all over the place ridden by NDC supporters…

- The distribution of Outboard motors to selected vociferous ‘allotey jacob type’ of Fishermen in the coastal areas to lead grass root opinion in their favour…even proceeds of pre-mix fuel were shared among ordinary NDC foot soldiers, when they could be used to build toilets for people who shit on coastal rocks and the sandy beaches…

- The petrol coupons given to NDC functionaries, opinion pollsters, campaigners, chiefs, apparatchiks across the country to run around lying to people and distributing bribery goods would run into billions of hard cash…

- The distribution of ‘Hweasambo’ and enamels to fisherwomen, carrying John Mahama insignia, amidst the singing of their now infamous fisherman song: ‘Nyen pe Free Education; ye pe hweasambo na bontua’ (we don’t like free education, we like fishing basin)

-- The mass distribution of Yomi (gari, sugar, powdered milk and peanuts in plastic containers with John Mahama insignia) during late night NDC rallies was very expensive undertaking…

- The distribution of assorted Chinese goods of cloths, mobile phones, television, pre-paid meters etc. to NDC functionaries and the electorate will run into several millions…

- The distribution of 1.3 MILLION Laptop Computers to individual NDC supporters and bribe-takers, instead of distributing them to educational institutions to create Computer labs and libraries for greater access to Information Technology…

- The distribution of the brown GH50 NEW GHANA CEDIS to so many voters in such open blatant fashion will never leave my memory. NDC MPs went round drinking bars distributing these ‘half a million cedi notes’ to Ghanaian Youth to my eternal shock…

- John Mahama led NDC distributed thousands of mini saloon cars to their TESCON and opinion pollsters, a and when they were confronted on television, they said all will be collected back after elections…why should state cars be given for electioneering campaign by the incumbent government in a National Elections? Why should we not delve into such irregularity or electoral fraud?...

- The distribution of Cross country vehicles, SUVUs, Saloon cars to Chiefs, Imams and Opinion leaders of local communities with marked high levels of illiteracy, was far worse than Kutu Acheampong’s ‘fawooto begye golf’ episode of the UNIGOV debacle…
John Mahama is a corrupt man…He has no respect of genuine Ghanaian patriots. Like father, like son, he carries on with a round whimsical face like he does not know of this deep seated bribery and corruption.

For a young man of 54 years, trumpeted as an Independence child who knows what kalabule has done to the country, to engage in such malfeasance and diabolical schemes is to me a most unremarkable and undignified action that must be probed, and findings published as a lesson to future politicians to avert…

President John Kuffuor could have done the same in 2008 but then he and NPP leaders love their country so much to abuse its little resources in such shameful manner…

And so I mutter to myself…

Why did Mahama’s NDC mortgage our OIL for these Chinese goods to bribe the electorate?

Is NDC the most corrupt government Ghana would ever have?

Should the mass bribery of the voters by John Mahama not be probed and chronicled for posterity, and added as grounds of electoral fraud in the NPP election petition?

Listen to what the Presidential Advisor of President John Mahama is saying. Paul Victor Obeng was the Chairman of National Development Commission in Mills Government. A Former NDC Government Member under Rawlings - altogether a consistent player of NDC Political machine, which has ruled Ghana for 24 years. He says the GH 8 BILLION BUDGET DEFICIT is due to something we should learn from; and so we forget and move on.

He thinks we should learn from demands in the electioneering year, that has caused such huge budget deficits...what did the people demand from NDC in the election year...what was given to the poor unemployed after they gave the money to the aluta working single spiners?

Pay Voucher OBENG is now the richest politician in Ghana. So are Totobi Quakyi, Ato Dadzie, Ato Ahwoi, Ato Quarshie, Ade Coker, Ato Ahwoi, Kofi Awoonor, Asiedu Nketia, E T Mensah, Ibrahim Mahama and everyman and his dog in NDC.

Give us the details, PV Obeng since you are a most important member of government and no disbursement of State Monies will not be unknown to you. It is not enough to say we have lost so much monies because of some demands and therefore we must only learn from this. We need better explanation than this, Obeng!!!

You went to Tech so many decades ago, and has beed in government for over two decades, in your twilight years, and yet you want to learn again from such profligate and frivolous spending, in a country beset by so many troubles? And so how are we going to pay for these huge loans and budget deficits? Who do we really owe, and how are we going to pay all these monies, on top of so much monies we need, to do so much, in a poor with so many real problems?

I always knew this would happen...I saw it in their eyes in the 1980s; these very people in power during their socialist days in the Universities. Vociferous and ideological, coveting power and getting unbridled power for so long...Winning elections after their revolutions...And what is the result...Look at Ghana!

Our beautiful Seven Year Secondary School System is gone. No single physical irrigation structure to boost agriculture. Bui Dam and Jubilee Oil Wells are not their handiwork...So what have they brought to the table to cause us so much loss?

These people who have been ruling Ghana for 24 years are solely responsible for sale of all the State Properties of Ghana. They have spent the first Oil Proceeds in Ghana...a God-given resource that Kuffuor and NPP discovered for us all.

NDC people have shared the lot with contracts, cars, petrol, billboards, alcohol,and more spending...

Shame...PV Obeng...You are so corrupt it stinks. You look like an old thief...and You do not fool anyone again!

P V Obeng, the real problem is the campaign funds of the government in power so dont blame civil or public servants. NDC spent too much tax payers money in the 2012 elections, hence the bloated budget deficit.

When you plan to buy election, the deficits too will rise. This is a direct correlation when you buy election the deficit rise, when you don't buy elections the deficit don't go up. You pay dubious judgement debts and pay soccer fans to go and watch Black Stars the deficit too will go up. When you have corrupt officials inflating prices to cream off the margin, the deficit too will go up. PV Obeng, I think your time has passed.
