  It must be very discouraging,to have your own staff stealing essential resources from your hospital.Stategically place security guards at exit points.Rotate the guards their locations. That will solve the problem. Just so y'a ...

  I hold no apology for using the word wickedest just as the wicked people of Ghana have no apology and sympathy for stealing and killing patients indirectly for stealing hospital materials.
  
  If no exemplary discipline is imposed on workers who steal copper wires, hospital supplies and money from the people of Ghana, the country would soon be A-Failed State. Why are people so greedy and wicked? Where is the conscience of the people?
  
  Why don't many people steal from private institutions? When would Ghanaians accept that, everything owned or supplied by the government is for them?
  
  Ghana needs a total change which can only be forced on them for the betterment of the people. I would go in for Singaporeans social Experiments which have made the people very discipline. The lack of social conscience demands Ghana adopting a tough stand. Under British colonial rule, the Gold Coast people had better conscience than today's Ghana. Is this part of the better Ghana Agenda?
