What specifically was done to add just 1 watt of energy to the national electricity grid? What steps were taken to get our hydrocarbons resources from the belly of the sea? It's such intellectual dishonesty that pushes right thinking Ghanaians to insult your gov't.
Admit it that, the NDC as party does not have 1.requisite intellectual acumen to deal with the issues. 2. you are all just there to enrich yourself at the expense of the suffering masses. 3. you have failed as a team to deliver on the development goals and objectives of the country.

This administration is on record to have borrowed more money than all previous administrations put together, from 1957 to date but they have nothing or very little to show for it.
The monies used in purchasing cars, 4 wheel drives, laptops and doled out to ghanaians just before the elections did not come from the NDC's coffers so where did it come from? What was Mahama thinking when he approved huge increases in salaries and benefits for the presidency, judiciary and the the Legislature? Did Mahama know the economy was already in dire straits and just didn't care or is Tony implying the president had no clue what the true state of the economy was before he embarked on his pre-election frivolous and profligate spending spree? .
He implemented the Single Spine Salary Scheme like Santa Claus without thinking of increase in productivity.In business when expenditure is increased there has to be a corresponding increase in revenue to avoid budgetary constraints and losses.
The opposition fiercely protested while the NDC gave the Afari Gyan led electoral commission a standing ovation for the ill-motivated decision to create 45 new constituencies just before the december elections. The gerrymandered constituencies were not only going to give Mahama and the NDC unfair advantage in the coming elections but they were going to produce 45 new parliamentarians and lots of jobs for their cronies. This meant a huge increase in government expenditure but a reckless Mahama administration cared less about the consequences.
There is too much wastage in the financial sector of the economy. Jobs are intentionally duplicated to give free salaries to cronies and friends. Example is a Council of State that's too partisan to serve us any good.We don't need any Council of State that is paid from the public coffers for a job that others are paid to do. There are also too many ministers than we need for a country of 24 million people . Besides, the government payroll is bloated with hundresd of thousands of ghost names.
We found crude oil in commercial quantities and the general consensus was the new black gold find would hasten our march to an upper income economy and put the smile back on disenchanted ghanaian faces. The administration orchestrated the falling into relapse or a coma of the Tema Oil Refinery then the most financially endowed administration in our history decided to export all of our crude and instead import petroleum products at very exorbitant prices for our domestic needs.Very sound economic policy, huh?
The simple truth is that the national economy has been grossly mismanaged and pillaged. Where is the NPP diversionary tactics in all these? The truth hurts, huh, Mr Tony Aidoo? Tony Aidoo has done so little at his job with little to show for the huge investment in him he would have been fired long ago from his job in the advanced economies. Tony is another drain on the national economy.
