  I hope the government is listening.These are what we call constructive criticism.It is based on prudence,logic and strategic analysis devoid of party dogma and affiliation.The goverment should instruct the relevant authorities/institutions to look at the practicality of the proposals by
  The Private Enterprise Foundation PEF).
  In particular how can the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) debt-recovery levy be collected for so long without accountability(if this is true).
  The western countries have developed as a result of among other things,having strong institutions,good planning and organisation,an accountability and criticism culture as well stable democracies.
  Don't let us misconstrue every criticism or opposing suggestion to that coming from the enemy.
