People, can't you understand? Whoever put on this campaign has real intention to have the poor cardinal disqualified. They know that it is forbidden and did it anyway to undermine his candidacy

By caving in to unscrupulous western media (whose hidden agenda is to propagate sex & gay issues), Cardinal Turkson was doomed to failure to be the next Pope. The Pontiff is inherently regarded as deeply spiritual position in accordance with Catholicism teachings which also goes hand in hand with charisma. Once kowtowing to western media nonsense and mass TV appearances diminishes Cardinal Turkson's charisma thus in effect eliminating himself from that position --- pure and simple. He should have been smart enough to have avoided the media at all cost. The clandestine western media making every attempt to avoid black African Pope has won the day.

Would he eventually succumb to whims and caprices of the older Cardinals? Remember our Church is divine as well as human and sometimes the human aspects take the better of the Church. Think of it. I believe our Cardinal would be better prepared for papacy in the next 10 years.

Did you understand my posting?I am a Catholic in one of its high institutions. I know perfectly well that a head of any Catholic Institution is in theory in charge. For this Church is of a hierchical organisation and not a democracy. Hence in theory, the head of the Church is in charge. In practice however he will be working with heavy weights who have long been in the Vatican before him and he cannot just totally ignore them. The Church I wrote is divine as well as human and you should never ever underestimate the human aspect of the Church. Please take time to read my article before jumping to such postings. I have nothing against Cardnal Turkson being elected Pope. I am only fearing that if elected Pope now, the heavy weights in the Vatican would take a toll on him. If you were a Catholic you would have unserstood my posting.
