We need serious debate and action on our road networks. The MPs should be tackling these issues instead of arguing among themselves and some boycotting their responsibilities.

Condolences to the families and communities of the deceased, may these innocent victims rest in pease, AMEN.

Both NDC&NPP must accept some blame because they have both failed to aggressively tackle road safety issues, instead of using the media as a teaching tool, they are rather using it to insult and threaten each other, to brag about their ill-gotten wealth, and display their konkonsa abilities.

Parliamentarians, Parliamentarians, Parliamentarians, who are these hundreds of seemingly useless people? Some of them strut around like stuffed turkeys enjoying the admiration and adoration of their unthinking followers (some of these blind followers are now casualties of road accidents).

One of the newest and a very beautiful motorway is the George tush Highway, which continue to record a high degree of human fatalities, partially because of very poor planning. The people who are responsible for the people's safety, from parliament thru police are out of sinc with each other.

Finally, we the people shouldn't expect government to do everything for us, we have a responsibility to safeguard our lives, by being observant and vigilant. We ought to pay attention to the way in which the drivers conduct themselves while they are transporting us, caution and/or report reckless drivers to the police, hoping that the police can check them for alcohol or drug consumption. Too many of us foolishly mistake careless driving for joy riding, until it's too late.
