Without a lot of basic infra structure in place and the disparities among all these countries can we cope with negative effects and resulting crimes from all these integration talks.

The politicians don't care because they would used our stolen monies to buy the security and comfort that these half-baked integration ideas proposed would lack. Even in Europe with their advancement and security, integration is becoming a serious problem to most countries. Lets listen and plan well based on the experience of those who have doing it.

What happened to single currency for the ECOWAS? The unrealistic, and badly-planned deadline is past and gone.
