Elsewhere in this world of ours just the failure of the government concerning the STX housing loan alone could bring down a government, but in Ghana about 5m voters hear 'Ide bee keke' then they vote for you, not even the dubious payment of 51 million ghana cedis to woyome could inform these 5m voters to make right choices.

It is for this reason that it will not be news if the $3 billion china loan doesn't come, about 5m ghanaian voters see nothing wrong with such unintelligent decisions and leadership

Of course the Chinese Bankers want watertight warranties as to how the money is going to be used, they want tangible outcomes from their loan - after all the money is being lent by a Bank - it is not a handout from a charity.
The failed STX deal under Mahama hardly inspires confidence in this Goverment's ability to deliver.

The Chinese Bank officals when meet with Mahama on the US$3billion loan realise that Mahama is intellectual deficit and do not understand what loan he is signing.Imagine borrowing US$3billion and the bank force you to paying interest and insurance up front before get the loan.Because of the stupidity of Mahama Ghana has loss oil money through collateralization of the oil for this this US$3billion.The Chinese knew that it is fools who abandon their own contractors and give Chinese contractors contracts and hire the same contractors the government despise to do the project.
