I can understand gari and beans for lunch ---but gari and beans in the night? Even beans alone isn't easily digested in the night so could you imagine it being crowned with gari?
eating beans at night causes a lot of health problems.beans is supposed to be day time food if any problems show up,,doctors can deal with it early

There isnt such a thing as food poisoning--its either food intoxication which is caused by a toxic forming bacteria or food infection--which is caused by direct ingesting of the infectious food.
