  WE NEED TO COMPUTERIZE ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.FUNDS SHOULD BE DISBURSED BY ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS.THAT IS THE ONLY SURE WAY TO PREVENT FRAUD AND REDUCE MALFEASANCE.

  I thought Tony Aidoo & others will speed up ICT in gov business. Accounting will be easier. Imagine a manager who supposedly attended 5 workshops per day for the per diem. This cannot be flagged by auditing paper receipts, not sorted by date in excel.
  
  NDC is also talking of infrastructure only. Why not finish the national identification with just 1 super database that all other services can query (NHIS, CAG, NYEEP, etc.). Internet connectivity should be improved, with browsers only able to access sites related to the work! NDC, work on some legacy programmes like NPP did: School-feeding, capitation grants, employment programs, health, etc. Nobody remembers roads after you are gone,
