Where is the money coming from for all these social services? More loans for the anticipated shoddy jobs? If loans, definitely we will crosss the HIPC threshold. God help Ghana
The contents of the 51 pages of the Budget Statement & the 21 pages of the 2013 Budget Highlight is a subject of a case study deeply first; thus my comment is exeptionally witheld to that effect.

Mr minister it's was your first budget presentation in paliament and was the best ,you fumbled many times and made lot of mistakes ,i hope you consult speech therapist for coaching and presentation good luck.
