I wonder how much of this money will go to the real cause of "youth and sports development" and how much will go into peoples' personal pockets and bank accounts.

ALL THIS MONEY WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN. SIMPLY CREATE REGIONAL MINISTERS OF YOUTH AND SPORTS AND DIDY UP THE CASH TO THE REGIONS. BASED ON HOW MUCH EACH REGION HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AMATEUR/YOUTH SPORTS IN GH. SOME REGIONS ARE NATURALLY AT A DISADVANTAGE BCOS THEY ARE NOT ENDOWED WITH SPORTING AMENITIES LIKE ACCRA. SO THE NATIONAL MINIS OF SPORTS MUST TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN DIVVYING UP THE CASH. THE CURRENT WAY OF DIVVYING UP THIS MONEY WILL END UP IN THE WRONG POCKETS.
