In Ghana a human life is worth c960.00. What a joke. No wonder commercial drivers ate reckless. There is no price to be paid for taking a human life. In the advaned countries that offence is vehicular manslaughter at the minimum punishable by imprisonment. I have always said the problem in Ghana is the incompetence of n ineptitude of the judiciary.

THE JUDGE SHOULD HAVE INVESTIGATE FURTHER MORE TO SEE,THE FILE OF THE SAID
DRIVER,AND WHO ISSUED HIM,A PERMIT TO
DRIVE,AND ONCE AGAIN,IF THE VEHICLE IS
FULLY INSURED OR NOT?
