Any reasonable person sends petition upon their evidence not upon information search and sourcing as these Chin-Chin-Ga stealers are crying wolf about right now.

Their STRATEGY, it seems, is to set up MINE FIELDS and hope that the Resondents will INADVERTENTLY, make a miscalculated move and, so to speak, 'OPEN DOORS'. Once the doors are open they will explore the OPPORTUNITIES at Cross Examination, and hopefully, get Witnesses of the Respondents to concede on certain ISSUES of FACT and help them build their Case.

The Respondents, therefore, must be careful re the Witnesses to put on the STAND and MUST seriously prepare these Witnesses.

The Reason is Simple: Witnesses can help you win cases but they can also make you lose cases by either being discredited NOT only because they are not truthful but just embellishing.

This is a TRIAL STRATEGY normally used by parties who seriously believe 'Something went Wrong' but DO NOT have the Factual Predicates on which to do a COGENT DIRECT Examination to present the GRAVAMEN of their case.

You see, at TRIAL, the STRATEGY should NOT ONLY be about Provable Facts but, also importantly, about how Witnesses are used to set forth those fatcs. And Witnesses who 'OPEN' their mouths too wide Simply allows Opposing Counsel the Opportunity to 'ENTER' and Explore further and expectantly get information they suspected existed but were not sure.

By their initial petition before the Supreme Court they are supposed to produce cogent and convincing evidence that the EC actually aided, facilitated and illegally procured votes for the NDC during the Dec.12 Presidential/Parliamentary elections as they have made their many illiterate supporters and the world to know. Now just as the Court is about to commence trial, the NPP team of poor quality lawyers have turned round to ask the Supreme Court to do the oposite of what they are supposed do for their clients. What an absurdity in legal procedure? It's really a big shame on the NPP. I thought Nana Akufo-Addo is one of the best legal brains in the ountry. Someone should help me understand what the NPP Legal team is about.

I just heard that the NDC has helped some group of people also claiming to be Ghanaians to file their case at the court, that will allow their voting without verification to be allowed in the December elections.
Does the NDC want to change the rules here?

The NDC is truly funny! The very same people who said that the NPP didn't have any evidence; they're trying to take Ghana for a ride ect. The very same people presently finds it expedient to demand a vote be counted even if there was no verification. One would ask; "wasn't there a laid-down law by the EC that there will no vote without verification? Hmmm, NDC is just a funny bunch of clueless people!
