The Nation Debt.
Since 1957-2000 = 6.9billion
NPP from 2000 - 2008 = $9.6 billion
Without OIL MONEY.
NDC from 2008 - 2011 = $9.6billion to $25.3
billion with OIL MONEY. An increase of 164%.
NDC from 2011-2012 =$25.3 to $32.4 billion
with OIL MONEY. An increase of 280%.
Now who is an enemy to the country?.

All we need to do to answer this pressing and pertinent question about who the enemy of Ghana is,is for each and everyone of us to stand in front of a mirror and viola! there's our answer.
Ghanaians are ourselves our WORSE ENEMY!!! This is so by virtue of the CORRUPTION that has permeated the total fabric of our country and which we all partake in as a way of life.Unfortunately on this day of introspection,none of us including our newly elected head of State has deemed it fit to sound that overdue clarion call to all of us to turn away from this draconian behavior of STEALING from each other.
Apart from misplaced priorities which happens to be partly the bane of our development,our national focus is conveniently shifted away from that which HURTS US MOST....CORRUPTION.Those in position to do something about it benefit so much from leading the vanguard of exploitation and simply theft,that they don't deem it worth mentioning or tackling to undo its effects on all our efforts.
We can hang up any and all chances of progress in our beloved nation if we all don't take up the mantle to radically eviscerate this national obsession of looting our scant resources.Those in high position should stop it and we the ordinary citizens should stop being ENABLERS.
My humble suggestion to our President is to create a cabinet level Ministry(instead of one for Chieftancy),to tackle corruption and eradicate it completely from our country's body politic by the end of his four year term.We would then erect a mammoth statue in his hometown and in our capital for a job well done.
