I would have love to certainly join you in this case but for lack of funds. However, I whole heartedly support you morally in pursuing these corrupt payments. I sincerely believe the learned Supreme Court judges will appreciate your pertinent efforts to get back all moneys paid to these corrupt foreign companies to Ghana.

Obviously, your position should be appreciated by all sane Ghanaians who want the good of our country. May the Almighty God help you.

The ONLY hurdle I see here is that to say that there was NO CONTRACT does NOT mean that even if Government benefited from work done or Govt Agents, who had the apparent or Implied Authority, directed for work to done by ISOFOTON that even indirectly or remotely benefited Govt ISOFOTON must not be paid for that work done.

There is what is termed 'EQUITABLE REMEDY' that kicks in by operation of Law as a Relief.

This is an excellent example of a true son of the motherland. Sir, I salute you for standing for what is right, whether you were in office or not when these bizarre harms (Judgment dept payments) were done to our country doesn't matter much; the action you have chosen to take now, on behalf of our country is more important. May God be with you. Oh where are the true sons and daughters of mother Ghana; those who will sacrifice "self" to defend and uphold our one and only beloved country? Are there still people in office who pledge to love and protect the Land of our birth? Even for the sake of our children and future? Lord have mercy! If common water, electricity, and access roads we are lacking after 56years of independence, yet we pay all these..........
May God bless and keep those who remain true and faithful stewards of the country that has been entrusted into their hands. God Bless Our Homeland Ghana!!!
