  This is a very good topic to adress the sudden increase of indicipline not only in our schools but mainly in the work place. The Asian societies have attained their level of development basically by instilling discipline in their citizens and the commitment to seek the interest of their respective countries. In Ghana, people must be made to know the consequences of any action taken. Punctuality,Respect and Hard work coupled with good leadership can turn things around in Ghana.

  At times, I questioned the mindset of all these intellectuals who hurriedly joined military adventurist who usurped power through the barrel of the gun. Is proper governing done through the barrel of the gun? Most of our woes, are the result of unrelenting military interventions since 1966 through 1979.
